central location for exploring parks and cultural landmarks

during my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful park right in front of the hotel, a perfect spot to relax, and I loved how close I was to major landmarks like the Russian Church, just a short walk away.

Simply no complaint, nice stay. Stylish and modern hotel in an excellent position close to the city center.

Highly efficient staff, it was good stay.

The entire hotel was spotless, good-sized and brand-new rooms. Liked TV set with satellite channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room. The location was central, adjacent to all the main monuments and Rila leave, and there were a cathedral and a church walking distance to the venue. Again, a neoclassical theater was not far...

Unique art and great service

The hotel features unique interior designs that will amaze art lovers, and the daily cleaning ensured a well-kept space. Staff members offered valuable local insights that enhanced our sightseeing experience.

WiFi connectivity was spotty at times, causing frustration during busy evening hours, and a lack of breakfast options limited our morning flexibility.

It was a stylish hotel in a fairly quiet area, not far from sights on all sides, from the Nevski Church to the big park with lots of other churches on the way as well as 24-houres supermarket. Our stay was a lovely experience.

The hotel offered a fantastic central location, within walking distance to parks and major attractions, and the staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay by providing excellent recommendations for local eateries and accommodating late check-out for my convenience.

The wifi connectivity was spotty.

The Danish pastries were off the charts, and the cozy vibe at the nearby Happy Bar & Grill Rakovski made for a fantastic foodie adventure! Virko at the front desk was an absolute gem, helping me find the best spots to explore in the area.

The only hiccup was the Wifi dropping out occasionally and the quirky shower-toilet setup, which can lead to wet socks! Not a deal-breaker though. The overall experience still shined.

Dull decor that falls flat, giving a worn-out impression. Location of the room near the reception made for a lack of privacy, with every conversation and movement from the front desk audible. The supposed spa area was dingy and unimpressive, while the overall cleanliness, including a yellowed and unkempt jacuzzi, missed the mark drastically.

The intimate atmosphere captured my heart, especially with the luxurious spa bath right in the room. I appreciated the complimentary access to refreshments and snacks, which enhanced the convenience. The absence of a window in my room felt a bit claustrophobic, and some noise from the nearby reception was noticeable. The well-maintained location was a plus, with great restaurants just steps away.

the staff provides bathrobes and slippers for spa access, making it cozy. unfortunately, there was a slight odor in the bathroom.

The clean rooms, the attentiveness of the staff, the spacious bathrooms was excellent.

The rooms are fancy and modern with amenities such as a spa bath and hot tub, and the building is really amazing, located right in the center, with friendly and attentive staff providing good service.

The food here was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices.
